Built over a decade ago, the amenity areas were no longer relevant in the current Seattle market. Our team activated the ground floor with co-working, lounge, and new leasing amenities. Level 16 amenity spaces took advantage of breathtaking views while creating elevated experiences at lounge and community rooms as well as spaces dedicated to mind and body wellness.
